119 (2) The owner of the land may permit occupancy of such land by non-paying guests using a trailer, for living purposes, fora period not exceeding thirty (30) days in any calendar year. A permit for this purpose must be obtained from the Selectmen before the land can be occupied. No more than one guest trailer permitted with any one residence or on any. one lot. (3) A temporary office incidental to a construction on or development of the premises in which the trailer is located. Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as read with the exception to amend to read, Chapter III, Arti= icicle III, Section III, etc. ' Article 58. To see if the Town will vote to amend Chap- ter III, Article II "F" (Business District) by inserting after sub-paragraph (a) the following: (b) Additional uses permitted: retail stores, banks, pro- fessional offices,service outlets, automobile garages and sales- rooms, theaters and restaurants. and by changing the designation of present sub-paragraph (b) of Chapter III, Article II "F" under Business Districts to (c) Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as read. Voted 45 for, none opposed. Article 59.To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zon- ing By-Laws by deleting sub-paragraph (1) of pragraph II under Business Districts, section F, Zoning districts, Article II of Chapter III, of the Town By-Laws and adding the fol- lowing in its place: (1) No building in the business district on Route 28, Route 151 and Great Neck Road, south from the Rotary Circle shall be nearer than one hundred (100) feet to the street line. No building in the business district on Route 130 and Great Neck Road, north of the Rotary Circle shall be nearer than fifty (50) feet to the street line. Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as. read. Voted 46 for, 4 opposed. Article 60. To see if the Town will vote to amend the Town By-Laws by adding the following after Chapter III, Article III.
