If regional school district planning board decides to rec- <br /> ommend regional solution, this board, with the help of <br /> the Bureau of School Building Assistance and other De- <br /> partment staff, writes an agreement governing school <br /> committee membership, cost sharing, grades to be in. <br /> cluded, conditions for admission and withdrawal of towns, <br /> location of buildings, and other items. <br /> 5. Agreement is submitted to Department of Education and <br /> Emergency Finance Board for approval. <br /> 6. Regional school district planning board submits report, <br /> copy of agreement, and letter of transmittal to select- <br /> men of each town, <br /> 7. Each town votes, within thirty days, on establishment of <br /> the proposed regional school district. <br /> 8. If each town votes in the affirmative, the regional school <br /> district is established. <br /> I <br /> 9, The regional district school committee members are ap- <br /> pointed according to the agreement; the regional district <br /> school committee organizes. <br /> Mashpee School Committee, the Superintendent, Clay. <br /> ton E. Campbell, and the Principal of the Samuel G. Davis <br /> School, Kenneth C. Coombs, say that it is educationally and <br /> economically sound for the Town of Mashpee to Regionalize <br /> with the Town of Sandwich. <br /> Further study will be completed with the aid of the <br /> Massachusetts School Building Assistance Bureau in Boston <br /> and an agreement drawn up which will be submitted to the 'J. <br /> voters of Mashpee and Sandwich at a Special Town Meeting <br /> in each of the Towns.
