51 <br /> Report of the Planning Board <br /> To the Honorable Board of Selectmen <br /> and Citizens of the Town of Mashpee: <br /> The Board approved 5 sub-divisions after changes and <br /> amendments suggested by the Planning Board. Most changes <br /> related to increased -common green areas and larger beaches. <br /> Two sub-divisions are located on Great Oak Road, one on <br /> Great Neck Road, one on Rte. 28 and one on Seconsett Island. <br /> Totaling a revenue of $169.00 to the Town. <br /> The Additions and Revisions to the Zoning By-laws per- <br /> taining to trailers, set-backs on Rte. 130, Rte. 28, Rte. 151 <br /> and Great Neck Road, business uses and sign regulations <br /> have been printed and are available. Also an extension of <br /> the business zone has been made on Great Neck Road, north <br /> of the Rotary Circle. <br /> The Board has met several times with Planning Boards <br /> from other.Towns to discuss current and future problems. <br /> Our new office has proved to be very adequate at the <br /> present time. <br /> The Board would like to thank the Cape Cod Planning <br /> & Economic Commission for the help they are offering to <br /> give our Board. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> RICHARDSON H.
