71 <br /> Deport of the Planning Board <br /> To the Honorable Board of Selectmen <br /> and Citizens of the Town of Mashpee: <br /> The Planning Board approved 5 subdivisions in various <br /> sections of the Town. <br /> Locations: Mashpee Lake, Johns Pond, Mashpee Neck <br /> Rd., Great Oak Rd., and Rte. 130. The 5 subdivisions brought <br /> in a revenue of $198.00. <br /> The Board also endorsed twenty-two Plans believed not <br /> to require approval. <br /> This year the Planning Board started working with Pro- <br /> fessional Planners (Community Planning Service), in which <br /> the Town is financially aided through a Federal grant from ; <br /> the Department of Housing and Urban Development, under <br /> the Urban Planning Assistance Program authorized by Sec- <br /> tion 701 of the Housing Act, of 1954 as amended. i <br /> The Planning Board has assisted in naming and locating <br /> present streets, business locations, housing, subdivisions, and <br /> etc. We have reviewed several plans prepared by the Com- <br /> munity Planning Services, and now we have received our <br /> first written report, which consists of drainage, soils, utilities <br /> and existing 1-and uses. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> RICHARDSON H.
