82 <br /> Article 37. To see if the Town will vote to add the fol- <br /> lowing to the Town By-Laws, to be inserted after section <br /> three Article III, Chapter 111, as amended: <br /> Section 4. Any other by-law notwithstanding and sub- <br /> j ject to the further provisions herein, no more than one travel <br /> 1 trailer may be stored on any lot or parcel of land in any zone <br /> 'I `^ of the town. A travel trailer is defined as a vehicle on wheels <br /> having no motive power of its own, designed to be towed by a <br /> 1 motor vehicle, and having facilities for temporary living <br /> j quarters. Said travel trailer may not be used for human habi- <br /> tation while so stored and must be stored behind the front <br /> set-back line of any building or structure on the parcel or <br /> lot. If contiguous parcels or lots of land are owned by the <br /> I same owner, only one travel trailer may be stored on such <br /> 'i contiguous parcels or lots. Before a travel trailer is stored as <br /> herein provided, a permit must be obtained from the Board <br /> of Selectmen who must find that such storage does not sub- <br /> stantially derogate from the zoning by-laws, or materially <br /> affect the character of the neighborhood. Such a permit must <br /> be renewed annually and the fee therefor shall be two ($2.00) <br /> dollars. <br /> Any person storing or using a travel trailer in violation <br /> of this.by-law may be fined up to Fifty ($50.00) dollars for <br /> each offense. Each day's storage or use may be considered a <br /> separate offense. <br /> Action: Motion made and seconded that article be <br /> amended to strike out "and the fee therefor shall be two <br /> a ! ! ($2.00) Dollars." A vote. <br /> Motion made and seconded that article be accepted as <br /> amended. A unanimous vote. <br /> Article 38. To see if the Town will vote to transfer from <br /> the Dog Fund the amount of $617.93 to Mashpee Library Fund <br /> or take any other action thereon. Submitted by the Finance <br /> Committee. <br /> Action: Motion made and seconded that article be <br /> amended to read: To see if the Town will vote to transfer <br /> from the Dog Fund the amount of $617.93 to Mashpee Library <br /> Expense Account or take any other action thereon. A vote. <br /> Motion made and seconded that article be accepted as <br /> amended. A unanimous vote. <br /> Article 39. To see if the Town will vote to create the <br /> post of Wildlife Officer to be appointed by the Board of Se- <br /> lectmen. Submitted by Board of Selectmen. <br />
