82 Article 37. To see if the Town will vote to add the fol- lowing to the Town By-Laws, to be inserted after section three Article III, Chapter 111, as amended: Section 4. Any other by-law notwithstanding and sub- j ject to the further provisions herein, no more than one travel 1 trailer may be stored on any lot or parcel of land in any zone 'I `^ of the town. A travel trailer is defined as a vehicle on wheels having no motive power of its own, designed to be towed by a 1 motor vehicle, and having facilities for temporary living j quarters. Said travel trailer may not be used for human habi- tation while so stored and must be stored behind the front set-back line of any building or structure on the parcel or lot. If contiguous parcels or lots of land are owned by the I same owner, only one travel trailer may be stored on such 'i contiguous parcels or lots. Before a travel trailer is stored as herein provided, a permit must be obtained from the Board of Selectmen who must find that such storage does not sub- stantially derogate from the zoning by-laws, or materially affect the character of the neighborhood. Such a permit must be renewed annually and the fee therefor shall be two ($2.00) dollars. Any person storing or using a travel trailer in violation of this.by-law may be fined up to Fifty ($50.00) dollars for each offense. Each day's storage or use may be considered a separate offense. Action: Motion made and seconded that article be amended to strike out "and the fee therefor shall be two a ! ! ($2.00) Dollars." A vote. Motion made and seconded that article be accepted as amended. A unanimous vote. Article 38. To see if the Town will vote to transfer from the Dog Fund the amount of $617.93 to Mashpee Library Fund or take any other action thereon. Submitted by the Finance Committee. Action: Motion made and seconded that article be amended to read: To see if the Town will vote to transfer from the Dog Fund the amount of $617.93 to Mashpee Library Expense Account or take any other action thereon. A vote. Motion made and seconded that article be accepted as amended. A unanimous vote. Article 39. To see if the Town will vote to create the post of Wildlife Officer to be appointed by the Board of Se- lectmen. Submitted by Board of Selectmen.
