93 <br /> Article 4. To see if the Town will vote to amend Article 11 <br /> of the March, 1972, Annual Town Meeting to read: <br /> To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum. <br /> of $5,200.00 to be expended in conjunction with highway construc- <br /> tion under Chapter #90, representing the Town's share and to <br /> transfer from available funds in the treasury, the sum of $15,600.00, <br /> representing the State and County shares, these monies to be used <br /> on Great Neck, Great Oak and Seconsett Island Roads. This <br /> amount when reimbursed, to be returned to surplus revenue, or <br /> take any other action thereon. <br /> Action: Motion duly made and seconded to accept article as <br /> amended. A unanimous vote. <br /> Article 5. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appro- <br /> priate or transfer from available funds the sum of $923.44 to the w <br /> Highway Wage Account or take any other action thereon. <br /> Action: Motion duly made and seconded to raise and appro- <br /> priate the sum of $923.44. A unanimous vote. <br /> Article 6. To see if the Town will vote to reconsider the <br /> action taken at the Annual Town Meeting in March of 1972 to <br /> purchase three portable school classrooms in the amount of <br /> $21,666.00 for the first contract year and $1,034.00 for furnishings <br /> and connecting utilities. <br /> Action: Motion duly made and seconded to reconsider the <br /> vote. A unanimous vote. <br /> Article 7. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appro- <br /> priate or take from available funds the sum of $21,666.00 for the <br /> lease-purchase of three portable school classrooms for the first <br /> contract year and $1,034-00 for furnishings and connecting utili- <br /> ties and authorize the Mashpee School Committee to budget the <br /> sum of $25,608.00 for lease-purchase purpose the second contract <br /> Year, and $25,608.00 for the purpose of lease-purchase the third <br /> contract year or act anything thereon. <br /> Action: Motion duly made and seconded to raise and appro- <br /> priate. A unanimous vote. <br /> Article 8. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appro- <br /> priate or take from available funds the sum of $8,600.00 for the <br /> Purchase and installation of a new boiler for the Samuel G. Davis <br /> School or take any other action thereon. <br />
