i <br /> i <br /> i <br /> 118 <br /> Report of the School Nurse <br /> To: Dr. Anthony D'Antuono, Superintendent of Schools, <br /> �I the School Committee, and Citizens of the <br /> Town of Mashpee: <br /> I am pleased to submit this, my first annual report as School <br /> Nurse in the Town of Mashpee. <br /> With the start of another school year in September, Dr. <br /> Hutchins Inge gave physical examinations to students in grades <br /> one and five, as well as new students in our school. <br /> i' Vision and hearing tests were administered to all students, and <br /> j! when necessary, notices were sent home. <br /> Immunization clinics were held under the direction of Dr. <br /> Inge, as well as Tine tests for tuberculosis and booster shots for <br /> {; Diphtheria-tetanus for first grade students. <br /> „i With the introduction of the Breakfast Program, there has <br /> been a noticeable decrease in visits to the nursing office during Me <br /> morning. <br /> ,J <br /> I wish to thank everyone for the help and cooperation given: <br /> I' <br /> me. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> THERESA M.
