All but 3 resulted in convictions. The remaining non-
motor vehicle charges included Sale of Class "D" drugs, malicious
destruction of property, sale of liquor to a minor, trespassing, non-
support, and conspiracy. They totaled 14. Of these, 4 were con-
tinued without findings upon payment of costs and the rest resulted
in convictions.
The Prosecutor has enjoyed a successful year at Court, in
large part due to the excellent cooperation of the Police Prosecutor
and other officers in filing complete reports in a timely manner
and being ready when their cases are scheduled. The resulting suc-
cess has not only been limited to the way in which cases have been
disposed of; it has also saved the Town considerable sums of money
for witness time in Court for continuances which would otherwise
have been necessary.
Respectfully submitted,
ALAN A.
