107 <br /> topographical plan, and diagram of the System proposed for <br /> entry. <br /> The plan shall show the area of land to be drained with <br /> information indicating the extent of the paved and unpaved <br /> areas, and be drawn with final grading contours thereon, <br /> where changes, in topography are to be made. Drainage <br /> computations shall be prepared by a Registered Professional <br /> Engineer and submitted by the petitioner, including invert <br /> elevations, coefficients, flow sizes, capacities and discharge <br /> velocities which.were used as criteria in design. In addition, <br /> a complete plan or diagram of the highway drainage system <br /> involved, with pipe sizes, grades, etc., shall be submitted, to- <br /> gether with an explanation of the easement rights at the out- <br /> let. <br /> 1-6 Sidewalks <br /> Any proposed disturbance of a sidewalk which is within <br /> the Town layout but which is maintained by a town will re- <br /> quire that concurrence be obtained from the appropriate <br /> municipal official on the terms to be incorporated in the <br /> Town's permit. j <br /> i <br /> The statement that terms are agreed will designate the <br /> municipal official by name and title. j <br /> 1-7 Construction Responsibility <br /> The permit shall require that the applicant assume the <br /> following construction responsibilities: <br /> 1. The applicant shall furnish all materials including <br /> any necessary signs and bear all costs within the Town High- <br /> way layout. <br /> 2. All work and material shall meet the Standards of the <br /> Highway Department. <br /> 3. No alteration shall be made without securing a new <br /> permit. <br /> 4. All driveway and street approaches will be inspected <br /> during and after construction. The Department has the right <br /> to stop work until such time as the objectionable conditions <br /> are corrected. All cost of materials and labor shall be borne <br /> by the applicant. j <br /> 1-8 Maintenance Responsibility <br /> The cost of all construction and maintenance of the work <br /> specified shall be borne by the applicant, his grantees, succes- <br /> sors, and assignees. <br /> I <br /> I <br />
