Up to that date the <br /> only records I have of the preceeding Dog Officer is: Dogs <br /> j disposed of 16. <br /> Mrs. Dunham and I are looking forward to a busy sum- <br /> mer season and are going to do our utmost to rectify the <br /> problems that now exist. A tremendous help would be the <br /> adoption of a year round restraint law. The Town has grown <br /> to a size that requires a <br /> � q year round restraint law and will <br /> soon require a full time Dog Officer. <br /> We now offer 24 hour telephone service and nearly full <br /> time personal coverage of this job. This is more than sur- <br /> rounding towns offer with a full time Dog Officer Depart- <br /> ment. <br /> We have a very real problem with dogs in Mashpee, and <br /> we intend to do our best to resolve this problem. <br />
