To see if the Town will vote to amend the <br /> Zoning By-Laws by deleting sections 9.3 and 9.31 under Sec- <br /> tion 9, Special Provisions and by adding the following in place <br /> thereof and in addition thereto. <br /> 9.3 OPEN SPACE MULTI-FAMILY DEVELOPMENT: <br /> An open Space Multi-Family Development may be allowed <br /> in R-1 and R-2 zoning districts where permitted by a Spe- <br /> cial Permit of the Board of Appeals in accordance with the <br /> following procedures and standards. <br /> I 9.31 SITE ELIGIBILITY—A parcel of land located in <br /> 1 zoning districts R-1 and R-2 containing at least twenty <br /> (20) acres, (land subject to seasonal or periodic flooding <br /> or covered by tidal water; pond, lake, stream or river not <br /> ` to be included), with at least 200( frontage on a public <br /> ry way or in a way having in the opinion of the Planning <br /> Board, sufficient width, suitable grades and adequate con- <br /> struction to provide for the needs of vehicular traffic in <br /> relation to the proposed use if the land abutting thereon <br /> or served thereby and for the installation of municipal <br /> utilities,to serve such land and the buildings erected or to <br /> be erected thereon, shall be eligible for open multi- { <br /> family development. <br /> 9.32 DENSITY <br /> 9.321 One half of the total area shall be developed for <br /> single family residential use under the Cluster Develop- <br /> ment Section as set forth in Section 9.4 herein. <br /> 9.322 The remaining one half of the total area shall be <br /> developed for multi-family dwellings at a density not to <br /> exceed five units per acre, *provided none of the dwelling <br /> units contain *no more than two (2) bedrooms. <br />
