Such other features as the developer may consider <br /> l; to be of importance in the evaluation of the Master Site <br /> Development Plan. <br /> In addition, the developer shall submit such other de- <br /> '; tailed plans, specifications and data as may be required by <br /> the Board of Appeals in order for the Board of Appeals to <br /> determine whether or not there will .be compliance by the <br /> ii <br /> ,I„li �' ��, developer with the standards and regulations of this Section <br /> 9.5 so as to allow use of the land as a Planned Retirement <br /> Community. <br /> 9.583 The Board of Appeals shall render a decision <br /> within sixty (6,0) days of the date of hearing. <br /> 9.584 The Board of Appeals may, in approving a PRC, <br /> 'I impose such terms and conditions as the Board of Appeals <br /> shall deem necessary to accomplish the reasonable applica- <br /> tion of the standards provided in this Section 9.5. <br /> 9.585 Upon the allowance of a PRC .by the Board of <br /> lii 11 Appeals under this Section 9.5: <br /> A. The Final Site Development Plan(s) shall be ap- <br /> I�� proved by the Planning Board if in general conformity to <br /> i the Master Site Development Plan, patterns and uses as <br /> IIIb theretofore approved by the Board of Appeals and if in <br /> conformity to the applicable rules and.regulations of the <br /> Planning Board. <br /> l C.
