84 WARRANT FOR SPECIAL TOWN MEETING TOWN OF MASHPEE JUNE 24, 1974 I: PI,�I Barnstable, ss: Mash pee Greetings: To the Constable o f the Town of p i' ISI In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are hereby directed to notify and summons the inhabitants of the Town of Mashpee, who are qualified to vote in the elections, to meet at Town Hall on Monday, June 24, 1974, at 7:30 P.M. to act on the articles contained in the following warrant: A quorum present, Moderator-Peter M. Lawrence, Calle the meeting to order at 7:45 p.m. Tellers: Eleanor Peters, Mary Potter. Article 1. To see if the Town will vote to raise and I- appropriate or transfer from available funds the sum of i $1,600.00 to be applied to the Selectmen's Advertising Account I for the balance of the fiscal year ending June.30, 1974,.or. i take any other action thereon. .Submitted by Board of i Selectmen. Action: Moved and seconded to transfer from available funds $1,600-00. So voted. Article 2. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or transfer from available funds the sum of $3,500.00 to be applied to the Selectmen's Legal and Engi- neering Account for the balance of the fiscal year ending June 30, 1974, or take any other action thereon. Submitted by Board of Selectmen. Action: Moved and seconded to transfer from available i' funds $3,500.00. So voted. Article 3. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or transfer from available funds the sum of $1,000.00 to be applied to the Town Hall Maintenance Account for the balance of the fiscal year ending June 30, 1974, or take any other action thereon.
