85 Article .4. To see if the. Town will vote to transfer the interest on the Revenue Sharing Account in the amount of $2,043.00 to install sanitary facilities for the Avant Museum. Submitted by Board of Selectmen. Action:- Moved and seconded that Article 4be tabled. Motion carried. Article 5. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Selectmen to petition the Department of Natural Resources; Division of Marine Fisheries, under the provisions of Gen- eral Laws, Chapter 130, Section 94, for the right to control and regulate the taking of herring. Submitted by Board of Selectmen. Action: Moved and seconded that Article 5 be accepted as read. Motion carried. Article 6. To see if the Town will vote to transfer from the Road Machinery Fund to a Road Machinery Account.the sum!of $3,000.00 -(three thousand dollars), these monies to be used for payment of repair work done on A/C 840 Loader., or take any other action thereon. To see if the Town will vote. to. take from available. funds or raise and appropriate the sum of $400.00 (four hundred, dollars), to be. transferred. to the,Highway Department Wage Account, or-take any other action thereon. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or take.from available funds the sum of $2,2710.0 for payment of overdue bills and to complete this year's functions; this money to be put into the Highway Expense Account, or take any other action thereon.
