Article 76: To see if the Town will vote to make the following revisions to <br /> the Zoning By-law: <br /> Section 7.4, Land Space Requirements, Table <br /> Minimum front yard Depth in "Residence District, R-1" is to <br /> be forty (40) feet. <br /> Minimum lot size in commercial districts, C-2, is to be <br /> f twenty thousand (20,000) square feet. <br /> Minimum lot frontage in commercial districts, C-2, is to <br /> be one hundred twenty-five (125) feet. <br /> Minimum.front yard depth in commercial districts, C-2, <br /> is to be seventy-five (75)feet. <br /> ACTION: Motion duly made and seconded to accept Article 76 as read. A <br /> unanimous vote. <br /> Article 77: To see if the Town will vote to make the following additions <br /> to the Zoning By-law: <br /> Section 7.4 (footnote 10), Land Space Requirements <br /> (10) all land space requirements shall apply to accessory uses. <br /> Section 7.4 (footnote 11), Land Space Requirements <br /> (11) where private subdivision road serve only industry, minimum <br /> front yard depth may be seventy-five feet, twenty-five (25) <br /> feet of which shall be left wooded or suitably .landscaped and <br /> not be used for parking. <br /> ACTION: Motion duly made and seconded to accept Article 77 as read. A.unani- <br /> mous vote. ` <br /> 4 <br /> Article 78: To see if the Town will vote to change the zoning of the following <br /> parcel of land from residential (112)to Commercial (C2): <br /> The land bounded on the South by State Highway (Route 151)of 155 feet <br /> on East 209.1 feet by Old Brick Yard Road, on the North 199 feet by Quinapen <br /> Road, and on the West 1 rod by Waquoit Herring Company's ditch. <br /> ACTION: Motion duly made and seconded to accept Article 78 as read. <br /> Unanimous vote. <br /> Article 79: To see if the Town will vote to make the following addition to <br /> the Zoning By-law: <br /> Section 9.42-10, Special Provisions - exceptions to Cluster Zoning <br /> Section 9.42-10, Each lot shall contain not less than 15,000 square feet r <br /> except that where a lot abuts significant common open space of at least <br /> 100 feet depth (measuring on the perpendicular from the back lot line) <br /> the Planning Board may reduce the requirement to 12,500 square feet. <br /> ACTION: Motion duly made and seconded to amend article to read: <br /> To see if the Town will vote to make the following addition to the Zoning By-law: <br /> Section 9.42-10, Special Provisions - exceptions to Cluster Zoning <br /> Section 9.42-10, Each lot shall contain not less than 15,000 square <br /> feet except that where a lot abuts significant common open space <br /> of at least 100 feet depth (measuring on the perpendicular from the <br /> back lot line)minimum area requirement shall be 12,500 square <br /> feet.
