Three DPT immunization clinics conduct- <br /> ed by Dr. Fred L. Moore, County Health Officer, were <br /> held, with an aggregate attendance of 92. Only one or <br /> two mothers in the whole town were negligent or indif- <br /> ferent. Dr. Moore also conducted a Well Child Confer- <br /> ence for entering school children. <br /> Nine dental clinics caring for 74 children attending <br /> as initial PTS or repeaters were held. Dr. Melville El- <br /> e competent, popular dentist, <br /> dredge of Wareham was th <br /> The* fluorine program started by the County <br /> Health <br /> Assn. last- year was continued by hygienist <br /> the dental <br /> with selected age groups. <br /> We used both the Mass. Vision Test and the Mass. <br /> Pure Tone Hearing Test for all children, but because of <br /> the lack of money, we have not been able to arrange <br /> any clinics for corrections. Last fall after contacting <br /> all hospitals within a reasonable radius unsuccessfully, <br /> fortunate to have Dr. Asselin, an eye, ear, nose <br /> we were <br /> and throat specialist, come to Falmouth.
