Contractor Authorization Signatory Listing • Proof of Authentication of Signature • Comptroller Electronic Funds Transfer Sign Up Form&related documents DECISIONS MADE/ACTIONS TAKEN ARE IN BOLD - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -The Chair called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM. A quorum was declared with the following members present: Jill Allen, Lisa Meizinger, and Kevin Shackett. Richard Halpern was absent. PUBLIC COMMENT: NONE SECRETARY'S REPORT: Minutes for the meeting held on May 14, 2020, regular and executive session, were sent to members before the meeting. A motion was made by Kevin Shackett and seconded by Jill Allen to accept both of the minutes as presented. The motion carried unanimously. TREASURER'S REPORT & BUDGET UPDATE: Mrs. Botsford reported that because of COVID-19, the accountant has not been in to do a budget-to-actual report. Mrs. Botsford stated that she believes we are in pretty good shape with the budget. If there are overages due to maintenance supplies related to COVID-19 then DHCD is going to be extremely flexible. Mrs. Botsford also stated that DHCD is granting extensions to submit quarterly reports. Hopefully Mr. Joy will be able to come in soon to put together a report. Page 1 of 3 141,B � s rC,C iV )I',".
