A quorum was declared with the following <br /> members present: Jill Allen, Lisa Meizinger, Kevin Shackett, and Richard Halpern. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT: NONE <br /> ANNUAL ELECTIONS: Mrs. Botsford mentioned that this was being done a little later than <br /> usual, as she forgot to put it on the last agenda. After a short discussion, A motion was made by <br /> Kevin Shackett and seconded by Richard Halpern to have the slate of officers be the <br /> following: Jill Allen, Chairperson; Lisa Meizinger,Vice-chairperson; Kevin Shackett, <br /> Treasurer; and Richard Halpern, Assistant Treasurer.
