Any holder of a shellfish permit, who violates any <br /> provisions of .these regulations or of the laws relative to the <br /> Taking of Shellfish, shall be debarred from obtaining shell- <br /> fish permits for a period of not less than six months or not <br /> if <br /> more than one year from the date of such violation, at the <br /> discretion of the Selectmen. <br /> s' <br />' 14. All shellfish regulations heretofore adopted incon- <br /> fill sistent with the foregoing regulations are hereby repealed. <br /> 15.
