Any holder of a shellfish permit, who violates any <br /> provisions of .these regulations or of the laws relative to the <br /> Taking of Shellfish, shall be debarred from obtaining shell- <br /> fish permits for a period of not less than six months or not <br /> if <br /> more than one year from the date of such violation, at the <br /> discretion of the Selectmen. <br /> s' <br />' 14. Any coastal warden or shellfish constable <br /> may, without a warrant, search a boat or vehicle in which he <br /> has reasonable cause to believe there are fish that have been <br /> taken illegally, and may seize any such fish and may seize and <br /> ki confiscate any such boat or vehicle and hold the same for <br /> j forfeiture according to law. <br /> i Section 42. No person shall take, have in his possession <br /> j or sell scallops other than adult scallops, having a well defined <br /> raised-annual growth line. <br /> A.
