70 residents for the purpose of being admitted to the areas of the Town-beaches, or take any action thereon. Action: Voted Unanimous. Article 15. To see if the Town will authorize the Select- men to issue or refuse building permits and to regulate the construction and location of construction within the Town or take any action thereon. Action: Tabled. Article 16. To see if the Town will vote to instruct the Selectmen to lay out a parcel of land described as follows: bounded on the East by Great Flat Pond, on the South by Vineyard Sound, and on the West by land of Ada Jonas, northerly by a ditch, running from Great Flat Pond to Sedge Lot Pond so-called, also the road leading from Great Hay Road, or Great Oak Road, known as the McGreggo Road, to said parcel of land, or take any other action thereon. Action: Voted Unanimous. a- Article 17. To see if the Town will vote to transfer from unappropriated available funds in the Treasury, the sum of $1,000.00, to be used for legal and engineering expenses of Town Layouts, or take any other action thereon. Action: Voted Unanimous. Article 18. To see if the Town will vote to abolish the authority and Jurisdiction of the Parish Committee in refer- ence to one building named "The Old Indian Church" of Mashpee, Massachusetts; and to take definite action thereon. Action: Tabled. Article 19. To see if the Town will vote to have the Selectmen of the Town of Mashpee, to have full authority of said building, named, "The Old Indian Church" Mashpee, or take any action thereon. Action: Tabled. Article 20. To see if the Town will vote to have all avail- able funds, now held by the Parish Committee Treasurer, to be transferred to the Treasurer of the Town of Mashpee or take any other action thereon.
