To see if the Town will authorize the Select- <br /> men to issue or refuse building permits and to regulate the <br /> construction and location of construction within the Town <br /> or take any action thereon. <br /> Action: Tabled. <br /> Article 16. To see if the Town will vote to instruct the <br /> Selectmen to lay out a parcel of land described as follows: <br /> bounded on the East by Great Flat Pond, on the South by <br /> Vineyard Sound, and on the West by land of Ada Jonas, <br /> northerly by a ditch, running from Great Flat Pond to Sedge <br /> Lot Pond so-called, also the road leading from Great Hay <br /> Road, or Great Oak Road, known as the McGreggo Road, to <br /> said parcel of land, or take any other action thereon. <br /> Action: Voted Unanimous. <br /> a- <br /> Article 17. To see if the Town will vote to transfer from <br /> unappropriated available funds in the Treasury, the sum <br /> of $1,000.00, to be used for legal and engineering expenses of <br /> Town Layouts, or take any other action thereon. <br /> Action: Voted Unanimous. <br /> Article 18. To see if the Town will vote to abolish the <br /> authority and Jurisdiction of the Parish Committee in refer- <br /> ence to one building named "The Old Indian Church" of <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts; and to take definite action thereon. <br /> Action: Tabled. <br /> Article 19. To see if the Town will vote to have the <br /> Selectmen of the Town of Mashpee, to have full authority of <br /> said building, named, "The Old Indian Church" Mashpee, or <br /> take any action thereon. <br /> Action: Tabled. <br /> Article 20.
