33 <br /> RECORDING OF BEACH BY-LAWS <br /> ll August 4, 1955 <br /> e Clerk <br /> a First District Court <br /> a County Court House <br /> e Barnstable, Massachusetts <br /> Dear Sir: <br /> i <br /> e It is requested that the following Beach By-Laws which <br /> have been drawn up by the Park Commissioners, approved <br /> by the Board of Selectmen and accepted by the Town of <br /> e Mashpee in a Special Town Meeting held on October 18, 1954, <br /> e be recorded in First District Court, County of Barnstable, <br /> Mass.: <br /> BEACH BY-LAWS <br /> Town of Mashpee, Mass. <br /> All public beaches are Closed to the Public between the <br /> hours of 12:00 Midnight and 6:00 a.m. <br /> No Dogs Allowed. <br /> Drinking of Alcoholic Beverages, leaving litter, trash, <br /> rubbish, containers or similar articles upon the beaches is <br /> prohibited. <br /> Fires are Prohibited, except by written permit issued <br /> by the Mashpee Fire Department. <br /> For any violation of the Beach By-laws there is im- <br /> posed a penalty of not more than $20.00. <br /> MYRON S.
