63 Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted to accept article as read. Vote: 98 for—none opposed. Article 6. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Town Treasurer,with the approval of the Selectmen, to extend for a period or periods, not exceeding in the aggregate six months beyond the maximum term provided by law any debt or debts incurred under this vote. Action: Vote: 80 for — none opposed. Article 7. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Town Treasurer, with the approval of the Mashpee Advisory Commission, to assign any Tax Titles held by the Town. Action: Upon motion duly,made and seconded it was voted to accept article as read. Vote: 77 for— none opposed. Article 8. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate a sum of $2,600.00 to meet the Town's share of the cost of Chapter 81 Highways, and in addition to transfer from unappropriated available funds in the Treasury the sum of$7,150.00 to meet the Town's share of the cost of the work, the reimbursement from the State to be restored upon the receipt to unappropriated available funds in the treasury or take any other action thereon. Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted to accept article as read. Vote: 88 for — None opposed. Article 9. To see if the Town will appropriate the sum Of$12,000.00 in conjunction with Highway Construction under Chapter 90 and to raise by taxation the sum of $3,000.00 representing the Town's share and to transfer from available funds in the treasury $9,000.00 representing the State and County's share, this amount when reimbursed to be returned to surplus revenue or take any other action thereon.
