To see if the Town will appropriate the sum <br /> of $1,500.00 in conjunction with Highway Maintenance under <br /> Chapter 90 and raise by taxation the sum of $500.00 represent- <br /> ing the Town's share and to transfer from available funds in <br /> the treasury $1,000.00 representing the State and County's <br /> share, this amount when reimbursed to be returned to surplus <br /> revenue or take any other action thereon. <br /> Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it was <br /> voted to accept the article as read. <br /> Vote: 78 for — none opposed. <br /> Article 11. To see if the Town will vote to continue the <br /> Road Machinery Fund, to which will be credited all receipts <br /> for use and rental of the Road Machinery of Mashpee, the <br /> proceeds appropriated as voted by the Town for Road Mach- <br /> finery purposes or take any other action thereon. <br /> Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it was <br /> voted to accept as read. <br /> Unanimous vote. <br /> Under Article 11 the Road Machinery Account was re- <br /> ferred to Article 4 that requested $1,200.00, and motion was <br /> made and seconded to transfer amount of $1,200.00 from un- <br /> appropriated available funds to that account. . <br /> Article 12. To see if the Town will vote to raise and <br /> appropriate the sum of $254.00 to be used for Insect Pest <br /> Control under Chapter 660 or take any other action thereon. <br /> Vote: 86 for — none opposed. <br /> Article 13. To see if the Town will vote to raise and <br /> appropriate the sum of $200.00 to combat the Dutch Elm <br /> Disease, Chapter 761, in the Town Elms ,or take any other <br /> action thereon. <br /> Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it was <br /> voted to accept the article as read.. <br /> Vote: 83 for none opposed. <br /> Article 14. To see if the Town will vote to raise and <br /> appropriate the sum of $250.00 to be paid for a free bed in the <br /> Cape Cod Hospital in accordance with Section 74 of Chap- <br /> ter 111 of the General Laws or take any other action thereon <br /> V <br />
