i 64 Article 10. To see if the Town will appropriate the sum of $1,500.00 in conjunction with Highway Maintenance under Chapter 90 and raise by taxation the sum of $500.00 represent- ing the Town's share and to transfer from available funds in the treasury $1,000.00 representing the State and County's share, this amount when reimbursed to be returned to surplus revenue or take any other action thereon. Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted to accept the article as read. Vote: 78 for — none opposed. Article 11. To see if the Town will vote to continue the Road Machinery Fund, to which will be credited all receipts for use and rental of the Road Machinery of Mashpee, the proceeds appropriated as voted by the Town for Road Mach- finery purposes or take any other action thereon. Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted to accept as read. Unanimous vote. Under Article 11 the Road Machinery Account was re- ferred to Article 4 that requested $1,200.00, and motion was made and seconded to transfer amount of $1,200.00 from un- appropriated available funds to that account. . Article 12. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $254.00 to be used for Insect Pest Control under Chapter 660 or take any other action thereon. Vote: 86 for — none opposed. Article 13. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $200.00 to combat the Dutch Elm Disease, Chapter 761, in the Town Elms ,or take any other action thereon. Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted to accept the article as read.. Vote: 83 for none opposed. Article 14. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $250.00 to be paid for a free bed in the Cape Cod Hospital in accordance with Section 74 of Chap- ter 111 of the General Laws or take any other action thereon V
