To see if the Town will vote to appropriate <br /> from available funds in the treasury the sum of $1,100.00 <br /> for two sets of Two-way radios for the Fire Department. <br /> Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it was <br /> voted to accept article as read. VOTE 33 None opposed, <br /> Article 4. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate <br /> from available funds in the treasury the sum of $2,500.00 <br /> for a Police Department Cruiser car. <br /> Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it was <br /> voted to accept article as read. VOTE 24 One opposed. <br /> Article 5. To see if the Town will rescind the vote of <br /> Article 44 in the 1955 Annual Town Meeting Warrant in which <br /> the Town voted to transfer the Old Stone Trough to the Old <br /> Indian Church Cemetery. <br /> Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it was <br /> voted to accept article as read. VOTE 22 None opposed. <br /> Article 6. To see if the Town will vote to convey the Old <br /> Stone Trough to the Parish for the sum of $1.00 or take any <br /> other action thereon. <br /> Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it was <br /> voted to accept article as read. VOTE 29 None opposed, <br /> Article 7. To see if the Town will vote to appoint a <br /> committee of five (5) to draw up recommendations for Zon- <br /> ing By-Laws or take any other action thereon. <br /> Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it was <br /> voted to accept article as read amended as follows: "that <br /> the Selectmen be authorized to appoint a committee of five <br /> (5) and said members to be chosen from each section of <br /> the Town."
