Action: 26 for, 0 opposed. Article 36. To see if the Town will vote to raise and ap- propriate the sum of $2,258.27 for unpaid bills or take any other action thereon. Action: 33 for, 0 opposed. Article 37. To see if the Town will vote to raise and ap- propriate the sum of $152.00 as the Town's share for the con- trol of the Greenhead flies in conjunction with the Cape Cod Greenhead Fly Control District or take any other action thereon. Action: Accepted as read. Article 38. To see if the Town will raise and appropriate a sum of money for new curtains and backdrops for the stage at the Town Hall or take any other action thereon. To see if the Town will vote to authorize and instruct the Selectmen or a committee including the Select- men to draw up a plan to select a full time Chief of Police ' and as many regular and Special Police, on a part time call ^ basis, as is deemed necessary to properly police the Town and to recommend a salary scale and a set of rules and regula- tions to govern said chief and his subordinates; to further present any and all sections of Chapters of the General Laws which would apply to the appointment and regulation of such chief and his subordinates.
