This will enable us to increase patrols police- <br /> s <br /> and we are planning next year to be very pro-active inu <br /> addressing this disturbing problem. F �o <br /> The Police Department also participated in three <br /> major events in 2006 that appeared to operate <br /> smoothly in terms of traffic flow and safety.
