<br />property, residential or otherwise, to one commercial vehicle, not to exceed 2 tons GVW, or one school
<br />bus used only to transport Mashpee students.

<br />A resident is petitioning Town Meeting approval to change the zoning designation of Lot 3 as shown on
<br />Map 62, Block 68B on the Mashpee Assessor's Maps from its current designation of R-3 Residential to
<br />C-2 Commercial. The reason for the requested change is that the 1.3 acre residential lot is bounded on
<br />two sides by developed commercial and industrial zoned lands, making the residential lot undesirable for
<br />that use.

<br />This petition seeks Town Meeting approval to direct Federal legislators, Representative William
<br />Delahunt, Senator John Kerry and Senator Scott Brown to vote "no" on any funding legislation for the
<br />wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and to work for the speedy withdrawal of all U.S. military personnel from
<br />those countries.
