<br />Map 62, Block 68B on the Mashpee Assessor's Maps from its current designation of R-3 Residential to
<br />C-2 Commercial. The reason for the requested change is that the 1.3 acre residential lot is bounded on
<br />two sides by developed commercial and industrial zoned lands, making the residential lot undesirable for
<br />that use.

<br />those countries.
