Section 79-14, Kennel License to be Section 79-15, Kennel License, Section 79-15, Restriction <br /> on number of dogs per residence to read Section 79-16, Restriction on number of dogs per <br /> residence, and with the exception of the phrase, or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> Motion made to 'Indefinitely postpone. <br /> Motion to indefinitely postpone passes at 8:29 PM. <br /> Article 26 <br /> ......to amend Chapter 79, Article 11, section 79-8, of the Mashpee Code, Licensin of dogs; <br /> 9 <br /> Other Animal Regulations to read as follows: <br /> Section 79-8 Fees <br /> A. There shall be six (6) types of fees to be charged: <br /> 1. Neutered male and spayed female licenses <br /> 2. Male and female licenses <br /> 3. Transfer licenses (regardless of sex of the dog) <br /> 4. Substitute tags <br /> 5. Personal Kennel licenses <br /> 6. Commercial Kennel licenses, including Commercial Boarding or Training <br /> 7. kennel, Commercial Breeder kennel, and Veterinary kennel) <br /> B. The amount of fee will be determined by the Board of Selectmen. <br /> C. The following licenses are exempt from fees: <br /> 1. Certified Service Dogs, including, but not limited to dogs, specifically <br /> trained to lead or serve the blind and dogs specifically trained to serve the <br /> deaf. <br /> 2. Domestic Charitable Corporation Kennel. <br /> D. Once a dog license fee has been paid to the Town, no part of the fee will be refunded. <br /> Or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by Petition <br /> The Board of Selectmen recommends approval,by a vote of 5-0. <br /> The Finance Committee recommends approval by a vote of 6-0. <br /> Motion made by David Harsch: I move that Article 26 be voted as printed in the warrant, with <br /> the exception of the phrase, "or take any other action relating thereto". <br /> 45 <br />
