transfer from available-funds $10,715.83 with said funds to be distributed as follows: $10�,562.67 <br /> in Salary, $153.16 to the Medicare Account, and to take any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by Petition <br /> Explanation: This request is to create a part-time Custodian position at the Council on Aging <br /> and to cover the additional cost of fringe benefits should the position be funded. This is done to <br /> improve overall efficiency and improve maintenance and custodial services at the expanded <br /> Council on Aging. <br /> The Board of Selectmen and the Finance Committee do not recommend approval. <br /> Motion made by Arthur Weinstein. <br /> Motion: I move Article 27 be indefinitely postponed. <br /> Motion to indefinitely postpone passes at :10 M. <br /> Article 28 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to take Jackbon Terrace as a continued public way to water for the <br /> purpose of access to Mast pee town moorings in the Narrows and Shoestring Bay; and remove <br /> posts, chains and no trespass signs. <br /> Submitted by Petition <br /> Explanation: Footpath is deeded as access to boating & swimming according to deed 1521 <br /> page 810 (Houston to Fitch). Also labeled as Jackbon Terrace on, Town Assessor map 90 page <br /> 181; layout of Quaker Run Road #90591 dated 9/5/91; Town plans #485 1 and 2 and 509-65. <br /> One abutting property owner has posted and chained of access stating it's her property — Deed <br /> 14820 p9 226 states her property runs 150 ft along Jackbon Terrace. <br /> The Board of Selectmen does not recommend approval. <br /> The Finance Committee defers to Town Counsel. <br /> Motion made Angela Derrick. <br /> Motion: I move Article 28 be approved as written in the warrant. <br /> Motion is defeated 87 opposed to 47 for at 9:18 PM. <br /> 26 <br />
