Explanation-, This article would reduce the number of copies of special permit application <br /> materials required to be filed with the Planning Board and eliminates requirements for copies of <br /> all application materials to be forwarded to the "Parks and Recreation Director", "Waterways <br /> Committee" and Zoning Board of Appeals. <br /> Planning Board voted at a Public Hearing held on September 18, 2002 4-0 for approval. <br /> Motion made by David reveille. <br /> Motion.- I move Article 17 be voted as printed in the Warrant with the exception of the phrase, <br /> 44or take any other action relating thereto". <br /> Motion passes unanimously at 8:25 peme <br /> Article 18 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to authorize and empower the Board of Selectmen to prepare a plan <br /> laying out and defining Grenadier Lane and to accomplish said purpose and for expenses <br /> incidental and related thereto, the Town vote to raise and appropriate or transfer from available <br /> funds for appropriation a sum of money to the Grenadier Lane Account and to raise said <br /> appropriation the Treasurer, with the approval of the Board of Selectmen, be authorized to <br /> borrow at one time, or from time to time, a sum of money under and pursuant to Chapter 44, <br /> Section 7 or 8 or any enabling authority and to issue bonds and notes of the Town therefore, and <br /> further, to see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate and transfer from available funds, a <br /> sum. of money to the Grenadier Lane Account to provide interest and debt issuance expenses, or <br /> take any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by Petition <br /> Recommendation: The Finance Committee does,not recommend approval. <br /> Motion to be made by Petitioner. <br /> Petitioner failed to appear, <br /> Motion made to indefinitely postpone passes at 8:26 p*m* <br /> Article 19 <br /> To see if the town will accept the layout of those portions of Polaris Drive and Gemini Rd that <br /> are within the boundaries of The Holland Mill subdivision, and Libra and Aries Lanes in their <br /> entirety, as public ways as shown on, a plan entitled "Road Easement Taking Plan., Holland Mill <br /> Subdivision in Mashpee, Massachusetts (Barnstable County)", dated December 13, 2000 by the <br /> BSC Group, Inc. which layout shall have been filed in the Office of the Town Clerk, not later <br /> than seven days prior to the date of the vote hereunder and to authorize the Board of Selectmen <br /> to acquire by gift, purchase, or eminent domain taking any land necessary for the purposes of <br /> such ways as so laid out, and to raise and appropriate, transfer from available funds, or borrow a <br /> sum or sums for such purchase or taking including borrowing costs therefore (sic) and to further <br />
