Motion made to 'Indefinitely postpone made. Motion to indefinitely postpone passes at 10:52 p.m. Article 36 We,, the undersigned residents of Leatherleaf Lane, Bog River Bend and Ferngully Pass, hereby petition the Board of Selectmen for the layout and acceptance of Leatherleaf Lane, Bog River Bend and Ferngully Pass as a public way pursuant to Mas,hpee Bylaws section 150-6. The undersigned residents agree to release the Town from any and all damage claims resulting from the laying out, grading and construction of the way and the taking by eminent domain of any land necessary to lay out the way. We understand that a betterment will be assessed to the property owners abutting the way for work performed to carry out the above-referenced tasks." (sic) Submitted by Petition Motion made by Petitioner. Motion: I move the Town vote to authorize and empower the Board of Selectmen to prepare a plan laying out and defming Leatherleaf Lane, Bog River Bend, and Ferngully Pass and to accomplish said purpose and for expenses incidental and related thereto the Town vote to raise and appropriate $5,000 to the Femgully Roads Account. Motion to indefinitely postpone passes at 10:54 p.m. Article 37 To see if the Town will vote to authorize and empower the Board of Selectmen to prepare a plan laying out and defming Frog Pond Close, and to accomplish said purpose and for expenses incidental and related thereto, the Town vote to raise and appropriate or transfer from available funds for appropriation a sum of money to the Frog Pond Close Roadways Account and to raise said appropriation, the Treasurer with the approval of the Board of Selectmen be authorized to borrow at one time, or from time to time, a sum of money under and pursuant to Chapter 44, Section 7 or 8 or any other enabling authority and to issue bonds and notes of the Town therefore, and further, to see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or transfer from available funds a sum of money to the Frog Pond Close Roadways Account to provide interest and debt issuance expenses, or take any other action relating thereto.
