Explanation-, Due to delays in the preparation of the Town's Watershed Nitrogen Management Plan/Effluent Pipeline Preliminary Design project, while the Town waited for completion of the state's Massachusetts Estuaries Program studies of Pop�p�onesset and Waquoit Bays. This articles seeks to reauthorize the remaining funds of approximately $,28,491 from a $40,000 appropriation for the project which was approved under Article 10 at the October 19�9�9 Annual Town Meeting and reauthorized under Article 10 at the May 2003 Annual Town Meeting. The Board of Selectmen recommends approval by a vote of�4-0. The Finance Committee recommends approval. Motion made by Selectman Theresa Cook. Motion: I move the Town vote to reauthorize the Sewer Commission Facilities Plan Account. Motion passes unanimously at 9-.26PM. Article 16 To see if the Town will vote, in accordance with M.G.L. c. 40, Section 4A to authorize the Mashpee Board of Health to enter into an intermunicipal agreement with one or more other governmental units to provide public health services which. the Board of Health is authorized to perform, in accordance with an intermunicipal Mutual Aid Agreement to be entered into between the Town and various governmental units, or take any other action relating thereto. Submitted by the Board of Health Explanation: This article would authorize the Mashpee Board of Health to enter into a Mutual Aid Agreement with various governmental agencies.
