Article 23
<br /> To see if the Town will vote to authorize and empower the Board of Selectmen to prepare a plan
<br /> laying out and defining "Greenwood" Barberry Circle, Chicory Circle, Grassy Knoll Circle,.
<br /> Great Pines Drive, Green Meadow Circle, Heron Circle, Shadbush Circle, "Tern. Circle,
<br /> Yachtsman Circle; and to accomplish said purpose and for expenses incidental and related
<br /> thereto, the Town vote to raise and appropriate or transfer from available funds for appropriation
<br /> a sum of money to the "Greenwood" Bearberry Circle, Chicory Circle, Grassy Knoll Circle,
<br /> Great Pines Drive, green Meadow Circle, Heron Circle, Shad bush Circle, Tern Circle,
<br /> Yachtsman. Circle Account and to raise said appropriation the Treasurer, with the approval of the
<br /> Board of Selectmen, be authorized to borrow at one time, or from time to time, a sum of money
<br /> under and pursuant to Chapter 44, Section 7 or 8 or any enabling authority and to issue bonds
<br /> and notes of the Town therefore, and further, to see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate
<br /> and transfer from available funds a sum of money to the "Greenwood" — Bearberry Circle,
<br /> Chicory Circle, Grassy Knoll Circle, Great Fines Drive, Green Meadow Circle, Heron Circle,
<br /> hadbush. Circle, Tern Circle, Yachtsman Circle Account to provide interest and debt issuance
<br /> expenses, or take any other action relating thereto.

<br /> To see if the Town will vote to authorize and empower the :hoard of Selectmen to prepare a plan
<br /> laying out and defining Quashnet Woods Drive and Grant Breen Drive, and to accomplish said
<br /> purpose and for expenses incidental and related thereto, the Town vote to raise and appropriate
<br /> or transfer from available funds for appropriation $5,000 to the Quashnet Woods Drive and
<br /> Grant beer Drive Roadways account and to raise said appropriation, the Treasurer with the
<br /> approval of the Board of Selectmen be authorized to borrow at one time, or from time to time,
<br /> ,000 under and pursuant to Chapter 44, Section 7 or 8 or any other enabling authority and to
<br /> issue bonds and notes of the Town therefore, and further, to see if the Town will vote to raise and
<br /> appropriate or transfer from available finds $5,000 to the C uashnet woods Drive and Grant
<br /> Breen Drive Roadways account to provide interest and debt issuance expenses, or take any other
<br /> action relating hereto.
