Planning Board voted at the Public Hearing held on August 19, 1998 3-0 for approval. <br /> Motion passes unanimously at 9:05pm. <br /> Article 33 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning bylaw by amending the Open Space Incentive <br /> Plan Map to include all of those lands identified in the 1997 Mashpee Assessors' Maps as Map <br /> 99, Blocks 35, 36 and 37 in the area designated as "primary open space" and by replacing the <br /> words "Mashpee Open Space Incentive Plan dated May 1989, which is on file in the office of the <br /> Town Clerk" in Subsection 174-46.A. with the words "Mashpee Open Space Incentive Plan dated <br /> October 1998, which is on file in the office of the Town Clerk", or take any other action relating <br /> thereto. <br /> Submitted by Board of Selectmen <br /> and Petition of Landowner <br /> Explanation: This article would amend the Open Space Incentive Plan Map to designate <br /> approximately 26 acres of land on Great Neck Road South as "primary open space".
