The <br /> premises is described as a two floor dining area and patio totaling 2,501 sq. ft., with two entrances and two <br /> exits. The proposed change would add a new dining area, measuring 327 sq. ft. with a seating capacity of 24. <br /> In accordance with posting procedures the Hearing notice was read aloud into the record. Susan Musto, Manager <br /> was in attendance to review the proposed alteration of premises with the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Ms. Musto indicated she is seeking a permanent change to remain in compliance with COVID-19 restrictions. <br /> A total of 24 seats would be added to the upstairs room for use as additional indoor seating when the outdoor <br /> patio for dining is closed. The seating arrangement would be comprised of 6 tables with 4 seats at each table. <br /> It was noted the proposed alteration of premise was discussed with the Building and Fire Departments, and is <br /> awaiting approval from the Board of Health. <br /> The Building and Fire Departments are awaiting approval by the Select Board before signing off on compliance. <br /> Being no further comment, the Board motioned to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Gottlieb to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Sherman. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Selectman Cotton,yes Selectman O'Hara,yes Selectman Sherman,yes <br /> Selectman Gottlieb,yes Selectman Weeden,yes Opposed, none <br />
