The project <br /> schedule for State Revolving Funds was identified as follows; <br /> SRF PEF Application— Submitted in August 2020 <br /> Intended Use Plan—January 2021 <br /> Town Construction Appropriation— Spring Town Meeting 2021 <br /> SRF Design Submittal Target Date—July 2021 (90% design) <br /> Target Bid Date—November 2021 <br /> The State Revolving Fund (SRF) is the source of 0% state loans for towns seeking to bid for infrastructure. On <br /> behalf of the Town of Mashpee, the Town's engineering consultant, GHD, Inc. has submitted an application in <br /> August,to get on state list to qualify for 0% loans. Part of this process requires adherence to the project schedule <br /> to remain in que for funding which will be made known in FY2021 for funding in 2021. As a result of the water <br /> pollution abatement needs of the Town of Mashpee it is likely the Town would achieve a high ranking for funding <br /> eligibility. <br /> Final design includes Field Investigations which includes site borings, collection system borings and collection <br /> system and pump station surveys. Notice will be given to all abutters regarding Phase I Final Design Field <br /> Investigations. A list of roads in Phase I was identified. Certain properties may be requested to grant permission <br /> to enter properties for the purpose of design to include measurements and height data to complete the survey <br /> requirements. <br /> Discussion and Approval of Host Community greement with Ocean Grown Canna Collective (OGCQ, LLC: <br /> Stephen Giatrelis: <br /> Evan Lehrer, Town Planner was present to facilitate discussions regarding the Notice of Intent received from <br /> Ocean Grown Canna Collective (OGCC), LLC to enter into a Host Agreement with the Town of Mashpee for <br /> marijuana cultivation and manufacturing at 57 Industrial Drive, Mashpee. <br /> Proponents from OGCC consist of three officers who have had multiple years of experience in other businesses <br /> in the Town of Mashpee and surrounding communities. The founders are Justin Bigwood, Trevor Bigwood <br /> and Stephen Giatrelis. <br />
