Mr. Lehrer notified the <br /> Board that amendments to special permit regulations do not require a public hearing but that the <br /> proposed amendment to subdivision rules and regulations would. He requested the Chair seek a <br /> motion to set a public hearing date for the amendments discussed for May 19, 2021 at 7:10. <br /> MOTION: A motion was made by Ms. Waygan for to set a public hearing date on May 19, <br /> 2021 at 7:10 for the purposes of discussing proposed amendments to the Rules and <br /> Regulations Governing the Subdivision of Land. The Committee reviewed a sign for the Country Club Lane <br /> subdivision but the applicant withdrew the application and intends on submitting at a later date. <br /> Plan Review-Plan Review met and approved with conditions another proposed Contractor's <br /> Yard to be located in the Evergreen Circle subdivision. <br /> Environmental Oversight Committee—Met on April 141h and got various updates regarding <br /> ongoing projects: Santuit Pond Remediation,Estuary Restoration Project, Town-wide <br /> stormwater management. <br /> Historic District Commission-No meeting <br /> Military Civilian Advisory Council-No meeting <br /> Additional Topics(not reasonably anticipated by Chair) <br /> Mr. Balzarini sought to be recognized for the purposes of notifying the Board regarding potential <br /> maintenance issues at the Ockway Highland's subdivision. He noted that the swales alongside <br /> the roadways are stripped of grass and all the manhole covers are at risk from impacts due to <br /> siltation from material stockpiling alongside the road connecting Blue Castle Drive from Degrass <br /> Road. He suggested that when the new engineer gets up to speed that he go and check on the <br /> issues noted. The Chair stated that he recognized the same issues. The Town Planner assured the <br /> Board he would notify the consulting engineer for the purposes of making an inspection and <br /> report back. <br /> 8 <br />
