Mr. Lehrer <br /> has notified them of the scoring and the decision. <br /> BOARD MEMBER COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> Cape Cod Commission- No Report <br /> Community Preservation Committee- Already up to date <br /> Design Review- Meeting the 20t" 2 projects: 131 industrial drive <br /> preventative maintenance moving 129-131 <br /> requested to move sign down the street. <br /> 44 Falmouth Rd. proposed Wendy's, they <br /> requested renovation to change 70 sq. ft. design <br /> approved that, plan may have an issue. <br /> Plan Review- Reviewed Wendy's and industrial drive. (Any <br /> modification would have to be presented to ZBA) <br /> Plan submitted included modifications. Conditional <br /> if submitted plans consistent with 1996 approval. <br /> Recommend approval with conditions but have to <br /> appear before ZBA if they proceed. May be <br /> modifying site plan. <br /> 131 industrial drive auto shop operating with <br /> number of issues operating without permits. <br /> Recommendation was meet with fire, BOH, building <br /> dept., find a pathway to rectify and come back to <br /> plan review.
