Currently in the C2 and R5, the <br />use is not permitted. If you have an overlay with C2 and R5 you need to alter the use table by <br />defined in Overlay District as a use allowed by Special Permit. All in <br />favor. <br />APPROVAL NOT REQUIRED <br />Applicant: Mark and Donna Lopez <br />Location: 103 Meetinghouse Road (Parcel 45-50-0) <br />Request: Lot consists of 279,933 +/- sq. ft. upland area located on the west side of <br />Meetinghouse Road and east of the Mashpee River. Purpose of the ANR is to create <br />two building lots with frontage on an ancient way. <br />Applicant is not present this evening so Mr. Lehrer will explain the background. <br />Mr. Lehrer stated about two years ago the applicant submitted a preliminary plan to create two building <br />lots. That submission was contingent on a land swap between the Town of Mashpee Conservation <br />139 <br />
