MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> Robert L. Lynch <br /> 3 Seconsett Point Road (Map 119 Parcel 2) <br /> Mashpee MA 02649 <br /> SP-2020-19 <br /> SPECIAL PERMIT FINDINGS: <br /> The Board agreed that the project will be an improvement to the property. <br /> Jonathan asked if the water runoff will be captured by dry wells on the property. Attorney <br /> Kirrane said that there is proper drainage for any roof runoff. Kieran Healy said that there <br /> are two dry wells positioned on the property to collect any runoff from the building. <br /> There were no more comments from the Board. <br /> Sharon read the Conservation Department comments into the record and was approved by <br /> the Commission. She read the Board of Health comments into the record with their standard <br /> inspectional requirements. <br /> Charlie mentioned these are standard procedures with the demolition checklist before a <br /> building permit is issued, and will require sign-offs from the other departments. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a Special <br /> Permit. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday, July <br /> 8, 2020, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a Special Permit to <br /> Robert L.Lynch for the raze and replace project at 3 Seconsett Point Road,Map 119 Parcel <br /> 2, Mashpee, MA with the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special <br /> Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> 2.
