MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> FEBRUARY 24, 2021 <br /> Mr. Bonvie mentioned that he believes these lots are merged and under Chapter 40A <br /> Section 6 the Board is bound by the laws of the State, and not sure how he can change that. <br /> Kelly Kooharian is an abutter and is concerned that these lots are considered abandoned. <br /> Attorney Polloni answered and said that these lots have never been built on. He believes <br /> that she was referring to the bylaw §174-19. Mr. Polloni is concerned on how these lots <br /> will be used if kept vacant. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion that the Board grant an appeal to Jonathan M. Polloni, Esquire, <br /> of 11 Valley Road. Referencing the Building Official's Decision under M.G.L. Chapter <br /> 40A §§8 and 15 and §174-21 of the Zoning Bylaws to deem the lot buildable on property <br /> located in an R-5 Zoning District, Map 50 Parcel 13, Mashpee, MA. (Owner of Record: <br /> Malcolm E. MacDonald, Trustee of the MacDonald Land Trust.) <br /> Mr. Gould seconded, to deny. <br /> Mr. Goldstein, to deny <br /> Mr. Bonvie, to deny <br /> Mr. Blaisdell, to deny, <br /> Mr. Furbush,to deny. <br /> The Board unanimously denied the Appeal for 11 Valley Road and upheld the decision of <br /> the Building Commissioner. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion that the Board grant an appeal to Jonathan M.
