Prior to the application of a building permit, the applicant shall submit and obtain <br /> approval of a plan to the Planning Board depicting a merger of the two said lots and <br /> recorded said plan to the registry of deeds. <br /> 7. The applicant shall seek and obtain approval of the plan from the Board of Health <br /> that the plan depicts five (5) bedrooms. If the applicant cannot confirm the five <br /> bedroom count from the Board of Health, the applicant will have to amend the <br /> application and return to the Zoning Board and Board of Health for approval. <br /> 8.
