Conditioned on all Town Department comments read into the record. <br /> Mr. Gould seconded, yes <br /> Mr. Bonvie, yes, <br /> Mr. Ganzenmuller, yes, <br /> Mr. Blaisdell, yes <br /> Mr. Furbush, yes. <br /> All were in favor of the raze and replace project. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> 114 & 118 Ninillret Avenue: Brian & Stephanie Schwartz request an informal meeting <br /> to discuss zoning options. <br /> Brian said that he and his wife are in the process of purchasing the two properties. He <br /> described the existing conditions and submitted a narrative to the Board. Lot 114 is vacant <br /> and 118 Ninigret has the existing house. <br /> Sharon read the Building Commissioner's comments into the record. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell said that he agreed with Mr. Bonvie, that the Board cannot provide any more <br /> comments and that the applicants should seek legal counsel. Mr. Gould agreed and <br /> reiterated the same.Mr.Goldstein said that any questions should be referred to the Building <br /> Inspector. <br /> Chairman Furbush explained that the Board hears petitions for Written Findings, <br /> Variances,and Special Permits.They would require a submittal of an existing and proposed <br /> site plan. <br /> Mr. Morris said in his opinion that no matter what they decide to do, it would require an <br /> application with the Zoning Board. There is no foundation on that existing structure. <br /> The Board explained that a real estate attorney could possibly assist them with their <br /> proposal, and that they should seek and obtain legal counsel. <br /> 13 <br />
