I <br /> Tony that the Board wants to make sure they can enforce <br /> performance if there in no performance. <br /> Previously there had been a preliminary water quality report <br /> presented', Mr. Connoly will tell Ms . Kokenhower to continue <br /> with the study. <br /> Scott motioned to accept the applicants request for an <br /> extension to June 23rd. Louise seconded the motion. All <br /> Board members were in favor. <br /> Louise motioned to continue the hearing to June 7th at 7: 45. <br /> Judy seconded the motion. All Board members were in favor. <br /> Public Questions and Comments: <br /> A member of the public stated that when discussing the plans <br /> they mentioned natural water flow from Otis Air Farce Base, <br /> it is not natural it was intentionally put in there. <br /> Regarding the easement from water (drainage) he believes the <br /> water encroaches on town property also. <br /> He asked if the applicant would be moving the trailers <br /> all together or to another spot on his property? <br /> Tony stated that they would have to be removed from <br /> perimeter of land shown on the plan. If he had any other <br /> complaints about the mobile homes it must go the building <br /> inspector. <br /> Applicant: Lockstore Realty Trust <br /> Location: Rte. 130 opposite Juniper Drive <br /> Request: Continuation of Public Hearing to review the <br /> Special Permit Application for a mini-warehouse <br /> complex to be developed on a 6.35 acre parcel <br /> on the south side of Rte. 130. Extended to Mav <br /> a. <br /> Mr. John Connoly ' <br /> was present representing the applicant, He <br /> confirmed that they received the same letter as the Board <br /> regarding the bone. Mr. Connoly met with Torn Fudala <br /> regarding the Special Permit. Tom generated a generic dr <br /> g aft <br /> of a. Special Permit which was distributed to the Board. fir. <br /> Connoly gave the Board a copy of the Rules and Regulations <br /> which can be incorporated into the appendix. Mr..::. ; p Connoly <br /> presented his draft version' to the Board but stated thatµ he <br /> A, had left a few blanks which need to be completed (hearing <br /> i�- dates etc <br /> etc. ) .. He stated that he made specific references to <br /> { appropriate by laws and the Fire Department comments the <br /> system which they have agreed to) .
