All Board members were in favor. <br /> Tony asked Lee to call Ron Bonvi to tell him of this <br /> continuation. <br /> '. Applicant: Essex Realty Trust <br /> Location: Between Cotuit Road and So. Sandwich Road <br /> Request: Continuation of Public Hearing to review the <br /> Special Permit Application for a 45--lot cluster <br /> subdivision to be known as "Springhill Vest" . <br /> Continued from March 1, 1989. <br /> Mr. Kevin Kirrane was present representing the applicant. <br /> As the Board had requested, Mr. Kirrane presented an ANR for <br /> Mashpee Rod and Gun Club because the Board wanted to be sure <br /> the lot existed before they could act on the subdivision. <br /> He also submitted a letter from BSC, the firm doing the 21E <br /> 'y fv7,�r and Water Quality report. The letter indicates the study is <br /> ,j on going. They are waiting the results of testingand doing <br /> g <br /> further testing. Therefore, they request an extension and <br /> 3. continua <br /> tion of the hearing. They expect to have completion <br /> of 21E n'' 3 to 5 t,LYxfi- �++ weeks . <br /> ' J <br /> ;a Scott made a motion to continue hearing g to June 21 at 7:0 D. <br /> Louise seconded the motion. All Board members were in <br /> favor. <br /> Mr. Kirrane suggested the Board sign the plan and hold it in <br /> the Planner' s office. The engineer will execute a form A in <br /> the applicant's behalf and will deliver it with a check to <br /> the Asst. Town Planner. Mr. Kirrane will pick up the plan <br /> on June 21. <br /> Louise motioned to record the ANR plan. Judy seconded the <br /> motion. All Board members were in favor. <br />
