Because Charlie had to leave at 8 :00, Tony asked him for his <br /> comments on any issues on the agenda: <br /> Cooper -Pederson - computation of space available for <br /> development. <br /> _ Malcolm MacDonald-- he needs additional time to review the <br /> drainage impacts on adjacent town land. <br /> s'f Pimlico Heights-- no topography submitted with plan. Charlie <br /> wants to see where drainage is in relationship to wells that <br /> were proposed. <br /> Applicant: Great water View Realty Corp. <br /> Location: Jehu Pond Road <br /> Request: Public Hearing to review the Definitive Plan <br /> for the abandonment of a portion of Jehu Pond <br /> Road. <br /> Mr. Kevin Kirrane was present representing the applicant. <br /> `= Mr. Kirrane explained that he previously presented the Board <br /> with an ANR plan, and now that the Public Hearing has been <br /> -" advertised, he is requesting their signature on the <br /> definitive plan abandoning a portion of Jehu Road. <br /> Tom asked the reason for abandonment? <br /> Mr. Kirrane stated that it is no longer necessary. <br /> There were no public questions or comments. <br /> There were no comments from the Board of Health during the <br /> 45 day appeal period. <br /> Louise motioned to approve the plan. Rich seconded the <br /> motion. All Board members were in favor. After the 20 day <br /> appeal period has expired, Mr. Kirrane will return to have <br /> the plan signed (June 7) . <br /> _ - Applicant: Dolphin Bay Corporation <br /> N Location: off Noisy Hole Road adjacent to Sea Oaks Condos <br /> Request: Continuation of Public Hearing to review the <br /> Definitive Plan for a 3-lot subdivision known <br /> as "Dolphin Bay" . Public Hearing began <br /> 11/4/87- continued to present time by <br /> applicant-letter received giving extension to <br /> June 21 , 1989 . <br /> Mr.. Kevin Kirrane was present representing the applicant. <br /> ° f At the last hearing the Board raised the issue of access <br /> onto Meetinghouse Rd. Mr Kirrane and the engineer resented <br /> .. g p <br /> three proposals which they would like the Board to review. <br /> The plans indicate entrances at various locations, and a <br /> roadway through town dump area and as it relates to Ashers <br /> Path (Proposals A, B and C) . They explained that they have <br /> attempted to modify the plan to discourage traffic from <br /> using Meetinghouse Rd. (as per Tom's concern) . <br /> Tony stated that the choice depends on how convenient they <br /> want to make traffic flow through the project.. <br /> -� 3 - <br />
