They can <br /> pursue a subdivision plan with sole entrance on Meetinghouse <br /> Road and the Board will review it. <br /> The applicant stated that he would like to see this issue <br /> resolved as soon as possible. <br /> Mr. Kirrane asked the Board for an indication as to which <br /> plan they would prefer to see implemented. <br /> Tom outlined the modifications he would prefer to see (would <br /> have a better angle of intersection) . <br /> The Board would prefer to see Plan C <br /> Tom would prefer Plan C with his modifications. <br /> The Board told the applicant that Charlie' s comments on the <br /> drainage issue should be resolved with the engineer. <br /> The Applicant asked "what if Town Meeting doesn' t approve this <br /> entranceway"? <br /> Louise stated that they have already approved the concept. <br /> Tom explained that since the town has approved the <br /> conceptual plan, they need a specific layout for legal. <br /> description. <br /> Scott motioned to continue the hearing to June 7th at 7 :15. <br /> Louise seconded the motion. All Board members were in <br /> favor. <br /> Applicant: Daniel Hostetter <br /> Location: East side of Santuit Pond, with access from <br /> 4A Newtown Road in Town of Barnstable. <br /> Request: Continuation of Public Hearing to review the <br /> Special Permit Application for a 114-unit Open <br /> Space Multi-Family Development known as <br /> "waters Edge" . Letter of extension to be discussed <br /> - r <br /> Mr. Kirrane was present representing the applicant. He <br /> submitted a letter to the Board requesting an extension to <br /> May 17th. He explained that the experts will be ready at <br /> this time with information on the phosphate issue and they <br /> have since attempted to re--design the sewage treatment plant <br /> to remove phosphates . <br /> Scott asked why it was taking so long? <br /> Mr. Kirrane explained they were working with GZA and then <br /> changed to a private consultant. They expect to be ready to <br /> present information at next hearing. <br /> Louise motioned to continue the hearing to May 17th at 7 :30. <br /> Judy seconded the motion. All Board members were in favor . <br /> 4 <br />
