t <br /> Mr. Alex Dittami was present representing the applicant. <br /> He stated that it was his understanding, as per the last <br /> meeting, that the Board would meet with Town Council to <br /> review the two Special Permit drafts (Tom Fudala's and Mr. <br /> Dittami's) and prepare a final version. He understood that <br /> the Board needed an additional meeting with Town council <br /> (Thurs. May 4 th) . <br /> Tony explained that the Board has had two meetings with Town ` <br /> Council and are through most of the permit. They would like <br /> to finish their work with Council, and will have a final <br /> version for Mr. Dittami to review as soon as possible. <br /> Mr. Dittami presented to the Board a package of information <br /> including all the attachments, their original permit, Tom's <br /> version of the permit, Mr. Dittami's letter to Mr. Reardon F <br /> in April and the applicant' s revised permit based on that ' <br /> letter. He stressed, the how important the time factor is to <br /> the applicant. (because it is costing them a significant t <br /> amount of money each day) . <br /> Tony explained that the Board is doing the best they can, <br /> they have a final meeting with Town council on Thursday, <br /> they will then give the final version to Tom's secretary to <br /> type and it will then be available for Mr. Dittami 's review. <br /> Tony stated that even after the permit is approved, the <br /> drawings must be gone over thoroughly. <br /> i <br /> Scott motioned to continue the discussion to May 17th at <br /> 8 : 30.
