Mr. Tavares stated that he will make arrangements to get <br /> that done. <br /> He also presented an estimate for landscape costs for use in <br /> . <br /> determining amount of landscape bond. He broke it down to 3 ` <br /> elements. The cost of landscaping was $30r000r 150% of that <br /> is $45r0a0 whi <br /> ch is the amount set for the bond. , <br /> - I� <br /> 1., <br /> Tony stated that the Special Permit should include a time <br /> frame for dailyconstruction activity e-s ecially since the <br /> y P <br /> :. Y abutters were questioning the hours of operation. The <br /> conditions on construction hours during construction periodPp <br /> ' <br /> will read No construction between 5 pm and 8 am on weekdays, ' <br /> before 8 am and after 12 on Saturdays and none on Sundays or <br /> holidays . Poo <br /> Jeff Sollows and Steve Jones were present. <br /> Tony stated that the letter from the applicant does not <br /> appear to be what was agreed to. <br /> Jeff Sollows stated that after reviewing the, he realized <br /> that Bartlett gets the full amount upon completion of ` <br /> construction, so Y <br /> the 5 ears of maintenance is based upon <br /> trust of them doing the job. He originally thought they r, <br /> would be paid over the 5 year period. $74, 295 is due upon <br /> 1 <br /> completion which includes 5 year maintenance. It is then a <br /> done deal. They only have to check that maintenance is <br /> being done regularly. <br />
