The applicant owns 1 lot and would <br /> like to construct a road to access his lot. <br /> Tom stated that it is not an approved subdivison, it is from <br /> 19130 <br /> The Attorney stated that Lot 37 exists as four separate lots <br /> as far as deeds are concerned. <br /> They had previously met with the Town Planner and Tom stated <br /> r <br /> that it didn' t appear they could meet the requirement for a i <br /> turnaround. <br /> Louise asked how many lots does this potentially open access <br /> to? The road could start a domino effect. <br /> The Attorney stated that is has that potential, but he <br /> doesn' t know how many lots. <br /> Tom explained that it is Town Council's opinion that these <br /> do not exist as separate buildable lots. The zoning <br /> protection was lost on this property. <br /> 1 <br /> The applicant has gotten state curb cut from the State. <br /> Tony stated that his first concern is that after meeting the <br /> set back requirements there is not enough spade to build a <br /> house. <br /> - 10 - <br />
